Benjamin Page is a passionate and versatile musical director with lots of experience in both live shows and musicals across venues in Essex and London. Specialising in vocal and instrumental teaching, Benjamin is dedicated to uncovering and nurturing each individual’s unique musicianship.

Trained as an Actor Musician at the Guildford School of Acting, Benjamin has performed as a lead Actor, singer and Onstage/Pit musician in numerous productions. In their final year at university, Benjamin composed, arranged, and musical directed the play We Happy Few for 20 actor-musicians. Not only did they serve as the musical director, but Benjamin also took on acting roles within the play and performed as the lead onstage musician, blending their diverse skill set in a unique and challenging production.

As a musical director, Benjamin brings a dynamic and adaptable approach to every project. Having worked on the shows School of Rock and Grease, he likes to bring an Acoustic or Rock live sound with his bands within these productions at the Towngate theatre. Most recently he has worked on managing the highly technical requirements of shows like SIX and Carrie. On these larger-scale shows, Benjamin has expertly integrated click tracks and a range of instrumental patches, creating a modern, high-energy sound that complements the production side of the show. Benjamin always finds himself leading projects as an MD as he is currently working on Made in Dagenham and Legally Blonde and pushing for individuality and professionalism to be at the centre of these projects.
With a deep love for both performance and Music education, Benjamin continues to inspire and lead, ensuring every project resonates with creativity and heart!
